The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters, including main and auxiliary factory buildings of more than 15,000 square meters. It mainly produces large marine steel castings, marine anchors, steel castings used in mine metallurgical equipment, wind power equipment and engineering equipment and can provide 20, 000 tons high quality carbon steel, carbon manganese steel, alloy steel and spherulitic graphic iron. The largest casting weighing 20 tons per piece and the steel casting anchor 30 tons per piece can be provided.  The company has advanced equipment such as 8-ton electric arc furnace with increased shell, 20 tons/hour automatic sand processing and regenerating system, 30-ton trolley abrator, 100-ton electric heat treatment furnace which is controlled by computer, as well as German all-channel SPECTRO spectrometer, physical and chemical testing apparatus, modeling sand testing apparatus and quick analysis device before furnace. During the producing process, there are still four sets of environmental cleaning systems which can effectively control the emission of contamination during manufacturing to meet the national standards.  The company has gained works approval of societies of different countries, such as CCS, ABS, GL, BV, LR, and DNV.
