Dongtai Marine Fittings Co., Ltd, Copper Casting Plant was established in 1980 with a developing history of nearly 30 years. It has been devoted itself to smelting and machining of copper castings, aluminum castings and marine white alloy. The company is equipped with power frequency smelting apparatus used for non-ferrous metal, 3-ton diesel stove，horizontal centrifugal casting machine, vertical centrifugal casting machine, heat treatment annealing furnace, and more than 20 sets of metalworking equipment. It can produce 800 tons copper castings, aluminum castings, casting white alloy annually. Among them, the largest copper casting weighs 1.5 ton per piece. The largest piece supplied is with a diameter of 1.2m and a length of 1.8m. The company has a thorough and sound quality assurance system. With complete testing equipment, it can conduct analysis before furnace, and physical and chemical analysis.
